No problem. Play for kills and overall performance. Try get bomb plants, headshots, etc.

It also used to based (not sure if still is havnt played in a while) on what ranks your other opponents are aswell. I would still play with team of people you may meet online who are around your rank.

Not sure what you mean by servers, If you mean for lagg etc... I would base it on your location.
