DJK scammed me, have proof!

Ok so a very trusted firecaper DJK signed on sythe and said he'd do capes until the update. So everyone trusts him and Kabal trusts him. We made all the arrangments and i payed him. Logged in this morning, my acc hadnt moved from where i left it. I payed him 7.5m upfront and he outright scammed me. One other person he did this too aswell, he might post too idk. so please help me with this. He even pmed me on sythe so i know this was him.

Also idk if this is right place to post, really sorry if it is not. He said it would be done 9am today but its 12:30 and i havent heard from him, and from the looks of his thread other people are having problems with him.
