well you recovered it from me and you're saying jagex gave you no notification of of your attempt to recover now that I'm asking you to recover it , implying someone else has it.

I'm still not convinced you've even been hacked. You could just be holding the account and claiming to be hacked in hope that I'll "refund" you even though I don't have your account.

 

By hacked I just mean lost your account to someone else.

You can just recover it as you are the original Ip of the account regardless of I get my money back or not?

 

As I've said, I may well not be able to recover it. I can hardly just turn to Jagex and say alright lads give me the account I sold, I only know the month of creation.

Sorry for posting but @RollingMemes Jchlic has insisted a lot of times that he just wants the account back and these posts are just dumb now.

Why are you making such a big deal out of recovering it for him and saying that he is hacked instead of simply saying "we'll wait for the outcome of the recovery"

You sold the account, it is always your responsibility to recover the account for a user if they no longer can access it. If you don't have the information to recover it for them then you should warn them of it before trading.

You're acting like you lose something by recovering the account for him when you have the money he paid for it and if it is recovered by you via the recovery request being accepted then you just hand it back?

I'm fine with the recovery attempt and giving the account back if successful BUT look at it from my point of view, I have not recovered the account, and now if the recovery is unsuccessful I'll be banned? So hopefully its successful, but if it's not (REAL POSSIBILITY) I'm either banned or down 35M? Would you not be mad?
