And yes Island a recovery attempt has already been sent to Jagex and I expect a reply tomorrow, I used bonds for membership but got some of the other information.


But regardless, has guilt be proved here? Or is it a guilty until I can fix the problem or prove myself innocent?

My password and email changed magically overnight.

And the only person capable of doing that would be you,

I do not use any thing besides the osrs client,
I do not bot,
And I do not put my information on any fake sites,

Regardless if I had the account stolen by someone else, you would be the only person able to recover it,

I was asking excessively because I know I didn't recover the account, and it's likely you didn't protect it properly hence the hijack.

@Island do I still have to refund or be banned if the recovery is unsuccessful, all the membership was through bonds, all I have is the account creation date? Clearly he has some malware or got phished because his account wasn't protected properly. It's not my responsibility to protect accounts I sell after I sell them.

 

Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!

If you don't have an authenticator on both your RS account and your email it isn't hard for people to access your account.

 

No one would go through the trouble to "hack" this account,
