    Scam by HERO94
    Reporting @HERO94 on behalf of @Tijden, for refusing to pay him for his 07 account, and also for getting it banned.

    @HERO94 agrees to pay 150M total for the account, over a period of 3 weeks, each week. 50M is paid to receive access, but he would not pay the second week. @Tijden recovers the account due to non-payment, and @HERO94 reports the account, and it is now banned directly because of him.

    @HERO94 is clearly responsible for the remaining 100M. Besides breaking a trade agreement, he maliciously had the account banned.
