Alright. I have PMed @Chloe regarding this however she is currently in "Netflix and chill mode" so I would not want to disrupt her from doing what she is doing.

Originally @sj709 filed a report against this user but told me to file an offsite scam report because he is going to visit his girlfriend.

A while ago, Mr Torr posted a pardon here as you can see:

What he failed to do is link the full reason to his ban. The rule in that section specifically says this:
"Pardons may instantly be denied for 6 months in situations where pertinent information is purposefully left out."

Unfortunately he has shown absolutely NO good intentions to the site. Leaving out an offsite scam report so he can just scam quit again on Sythe and make more $$.

His pardon passed based on his "deception" towards staff. I will let a Lithuanian person confirm that this scam such as @Ovidijus00 or @LurC because I know they love RSBOT.lt and I'm 100% sure that they can most likely confirm this report as genuine.

@Chloe Hello. I've been banned here at sythe because of 'selling scam guide'. Yes, I've scammed someone at 'RSBOT.lt'. It was a while ago back in 2012 or 2013. I've requested a pardon, because I'm done with scams. And I'm not scamming people since 2012. Your choise @Chloe what to do with me. You can ban me, but I can swear to You, I'M NOT GOING TO SCAM ANYONE.

You need to pay back your RSBOT scam before you're allowed to rejoin Sythe - Are you able to get in contact with the scam victim?

 

@Chloe By the way, I can pay him back(that guy I've scammed) if it's going to change something.

Here are proofs, that I'm trying to contact him. Last time at RSBOT he was seen in 2014 February - March. So it may be difficult to contact him.








I'll update this thread if he will reply to me on skype.

 

Just to help you out I spoke to owner of the site (which I cannot name cause I do not know if he/she wishes to be named).

If the person you scammed doesn't reply I'd recommend you contact Kippo, the moderator of the site and I'm definitely sure he/she can assist you.

As for Kippo, I have messaged him saying that you may be contacting him. He is very well aware of that also should you wish to contact him to discuss the scam report.

Some more proofs. I've contacted RsBot moderator. He PM'ed that guy at rsbot. I've tried to translate our conversation(with RsBot moderator).

@Deiviszm66 I'm heading to bed now but does RSBOT have a pardon system? Can you give the money to a mod for them to hold? Community repayment system?

Hello @Chloe So RSBOT don't have a pardon system and the only one way to get unban is by paying back to that guy I've scammed, but I can't contact him. Probably he's not using his skype and RSBOT account anymore.

 

If you cannot contact the victim you scammed you will have to go through our process. You can read more about our community repayment here.

 

Yep. He said me the same thing - reffered me to Kippo.

 

I would recommend contacting @Chloe so that it goes to our community repayment.
