salade1337 Scammer

I recently opened a GP shop, salade1337 saw I was a new member and attempted to scam me.

He ask's to buy 80m 07:

After I provide BTC address, he sends me this:

Tells me why he should go first:

I understand why he can't trust me, I have limited activity on site, offer to use a middleman, as soon as I post to him a trusted middleman, he backs out of trade:

This is an obvious attempt to scam me, a new member to sythe.

 

Please show the whole conversation if you are going to post a scam report. The parts where you wanted me to go first constantly and then logged out when I said I'm not going first with you..

Sorry to post my response here, but just to save staff time I'd figured I'd let you know that no one is forced to use a middleman on Sythe. You're doing the right thing by trying to stay safe, but ultimately this isn't considering scamming (or attempted scam for that matter).

The only situations where this could warrant a TWC is if the user began flaming you, then blocked you after (example seen here), but from the evidence you've displayed here it doesn't seem like that is the case.

Logged off from where? I told you where to meet, and as soon as you said you wanted me to go first I spent 5 minutes finding a repected middledman to use (5 minutes).

As soon as I offer a middleman service you pull out of the deal.

Only way for you to trade was to go first, why? hmm?
