changing walmart gift cards to cash

for christmas i got like $100+ dollars in walmart gift cards...yaya how exciting! but i was woundering if i was to buy something like a mp3 player and i used all of my cards and i returned the mp3 player i bought like 2 days later then would they give me cash or just recharge the gift card??

And I'm pretty sure they give you cash.

 

If you don't tell them about the gift cards and just act like you bought it with cash then they should just give you cash back.
