    i can sell u a lvl 23 skiller. it has 79 wc and 71 fletching. it has other skills but non over 50. its total lvl is 531. it has no recoveries and has no bank pin. the name is Pk3d Satan2. u can look up its stats.

    The bad part is... it is a member and has 22 days left. im nt a scammer and i will not steal the account back. but thats ur choise to trust me or not.
