Looks like accounts used to self vouch.

Also add the RSBot.lt scam report to his ban reason. His original ban reason was given by @Chloe for "prove your vouches are legit". On top of that, it needs to be added that he is a scammer + he has used 2 accounts to self vouch for him. You can clearly see the accounts have not been used since then and the only reason they have been created is to vouch of the scammer ONLY!

 

I have banned both. Although they are connected through a Mobile IP, in this case I believe he is also self vouching himself.
