dclawzman is a scammer !!!

This guy sold me his Maxed Gmail Pure for 180€.
I payed him with PayPal. We started the conversation with Skype.
Only 1week later i couldn't log into this account. Runescape says to me : Account locked as suspect it has been stolen. Press ´recover a locked account´on front page. I tried to contact him in Skype but he isn't answering me. Im really mad about this 180€ scam.
First i asked him in Skype if he's dclawzman.
The Account Details he sent me and also how i tried to login today into that acc.

Please Bann this guy !!!
And i also have another question is there anything i can do like writing a report to jagex with all the proofs that they should perm ban this account because the owner is scamming people for real cash by selling his account ?

Okay to start off,my skype is barely open I've told you i've quit rs related stuff + online stuff,I'll hop on right now but, ACCOUNT IS LOCKED which means you've probably played from different ip's or lended the account and it got locked,if i WOULD recover the password would be changed right?

Will do that tomorrow,I'm working night shift and he knows that,He didnt even bother waiting 24 HOURS even thought i waited for his money like a week,He INSTANTLY reported me,Just to make this clear since he calls me a scammer , if the account is "locked" that means i didnt recover but he used too much ip's which automaticly locks the account and sets the old email back correct?

 

It all depends. Please do your best to recover the account, and post back here when it is recovered and he has full access to it.
