check youtube there is a vid about some dude getting unmuted... and he tells u how,

 

perm muted means perm muted

man rs jagex staff is gay man they suck im muted and its been like a month i had to delete my freinds now i have to double logg i was sooo pissed i i cussed then out on the appeal and office banned i h8 them omg O.O

hey everyone that messaged jagex and got unmuted how did you message them cuz i got muted yesterday for password scamming and i looked at the evidence and i never said anything about a password or scamming. i was trying to trade a guy and he got mad at me and said i was scamming him when it showed the unfair trade thing.

 

Yes, it is. Just send a letter to jagex saying you're sorry you did it, and didnt ment to harm anybody etc. Thats how i got unmuted on my main ^_^
