KindredShop is a Scammer

Explanation of the trade: I bought 3 skins from him through the RP page on sythe, it asks to buy it his site which is linked from his forums KindredShop - League of Legends Accounts, LoL Smurfs
How they scammed: I contacted them multiple times asking why havent they sent the skins yet, and I get no response. The account i was added on arent even level 10, so they cant gift in the first place. Only one was level 10 which i received just the mystery skin i purchased

I tried opening a ticket on their website, and still no response. Im not looking for a refund im still trying to get the skins, but im not sure why they arent replying. I never done a report as i dont really come across people who are difficult to trade with, so if their is anything missing or needed explain to me what i need and how to possibly do it and ill reply with the evidence. If kindred shop can just send the skins id be good. I understand the 24 hour period which has been over for a few days now.
