yo cheapest way is to craft your own cosmic runes then use teh mud staff for dragon stone enchant in the mage training arena great exp and u get items =D from the store there

 

Cursing is a greatly cheap way to do it, but so slow and boring.
The mage arena bot that coss $21 or so is good to do it.

 

Woodcutting, Fletching, Stringing, and Alching. It takes a long time but it can make you some money and its good exp.
