I can't tell who's who, but it seems every poster here is accusing someone of scamming and is at the same time BEING accused of scamming

2. Not true, you cannot put a ban on all servers/proxies/ip's of the UK.
Jagex can ALWAYS get around it

HOWEVER you are 100% correct in that no one can make up an excuse not to give the account name.
