2.Ask the seller to get 3k from their bank and let them follow you.
3.Go so a place with no players
4.Ask them to drop the 3k
5.You pick up and repeat until the needed amount is reached.

as you might know jagex also updated dropping...
you can only pick up an item worth max 3k EVERY 15 minutes so 12k in 1 hour 288K a day and almsot 4 days for 1M!
