The IP addresses continuously change, but yes, they are coming from server IP blocks. We will soon be rolling out residential IP addresses to prevent any type of detection or flagging. What I would suggest until then is to try it with your spare accounts in your spare time to see what your experience is. So, when we roll out the residential IP addresses, you can switch immediately.
