Is rsgoldbank still legit?

I had bought GP from this site a couple times a year ago or so and had zero issues and excellent service. I recently started playing rs again and decided to buy GP so naturally I bought it from people I had done business with before.

I purchased my GP and have heard almost nothing since. I tried using the livechat but there is either no one there or my messages are being ignored. I was able to talk to someone for all for 2 messages before they dissapeared. I know it's a bit stupid to assume that a website you bought from a year ago is still working but now I'm worried that I won't get my gp.

Has anyone bought from them recently? Is it still a legitimate gold site?

Sorry I'm just anxious about the whole thing.
