How they scammed:
Kicked me off his account <-- this is sadder then sticking a knife in the back of ur best friend irl btw
I was staking on his account, did it a lot in the past had 10b+ on it multiple times no issues.
History:
I trusted him before often with like 2-4k chump change for me btw Kappa
Like a lot of stakers know I got big balls and will call high stakes solo.
I had a very high amount of trust for Fred because I saw him as a "friend". He helped me buy and sell gp multiple times, helped me when I needed it etc.

For example here he comes back after inactivity to help me buy bills cause niggers were tryna milk me in discord and teamspeaks (kys if ur a mercher, especially when ur a paki)

Fred knew I stake high a lot and yesterday I started with 2b, grinded my way up to around 11b~ (5b on Freds maxed main and around 6 on my mule)
There was a whale that was doing a 4.8b stake, with my big nuts I called the solo stake with my good zamorakian Hasta, I lost the stake.
*note* I told him, like I told him often when I lose high due to bs cause i'm a crybaby.
I transfered my 6b from my mule to freds maxed main to stake the guy again, we did 6b I got hasta odds again. However this time I actually won for once, so had 12b on his account.

The bragging bitch I am the first thing I do is take a gyazo to send to the boys.
I take the gyazo (I hide the name because hes a ******** giving free hasta odds) can tell staff his name if that means anything.
I look back to my left monitor, where my rs screens were; all my accounts were logged in w2 and out of 4 accounts I had open one had logged out, I didn't actually see it get booted off.
At that time I knew i was 12 grand lighter.

He tried to log on the account, states it is changed password aswell.
He told me before his brother was the oo and the account is 11 years old, which means its impossible to recover for someone other than them in my book but i'm no wizard so u tell me bicz.
He tried to recover it, it got denied not like it matters cause my 12b is gone boiz pls cry with me.
Then he comes up with a theory that a quester who asked for 2 different passwords managed to recover it.
That's about it, screenshots below brothers. (He admits its sketchy i get kicked after winning the big nuts)

I read very carefully through this report. To understand his train of thought and why he believes that this might be me.

I will start with a fundamental and build the way up from there so you too can get a good understanding of this situation.

Ari approached me a couple weeks ago and asked me to help him buy GP. I kindly did that for him, one thing led to another and he started trusting me with 4000-5000$ without any problem, because this is something I am used to. He later asked if I had an account he could use. I gave him the information of that account and I did not bother him at all nor cared how much he was staking/winning/losing, etc.

The chat logs of today were not properly shown by Ari, and they are in Dutch, so I will show them to you as clear as possible, and also include a translation from Dutch to English, you may double check that with google translator if you wish.

Those images clearly proof that I advised him NOT to do those big of stakes. Which in this case, if Ari truly thinks I hit him off or recovered the account after him winning the stakes would make no sense. Why would I tell him not to do the stake while hoping he'll do it to hit him off for the money?


I am not too sure if those stakes are legitimate or actually happened, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt, as from my few weeks of speaking to Ari, I do believe that he might have done those big amounts.


When he told me that he got disconnected of the account, I checked to see if I could log into it. And it said incorrect password. I told him that the account's password suddenly got changed, which was very odd as this happened at the worst timing possible.

I told him I can try to recover the account for him. As I went through the account recovery procedures, I saw that the account was linked to a different email than mine.

I told him I will send him an account recovery request and keep him up to date of the process.

The first one sadly got denied. I went and sent in another one, and I am still waiting for the result, which sadly has taken some time now.


Meanwhile as I was waiting, I got this thread of him reporting me.

And now we're here...

You're right. "Worst Time Possible" As in, you most likely kicked him off the account for your own benefit. If you are going to be letting people use an account of yours that you do not have full ownership of, it's falling back on you. Did you even warn him that you were not the original owner and that the fairy would randomly kick him off at the exact time the money was on the account?

Why would you advise not to do the stake?
Because I have big balls and wouldn't listen to u i'd call 20b if I got hasta and u know that lol.
It doesn't matter if you say you wouldn't do it, if you kick me off before stake u get 6b after stake it is 12b or either 0b you probably were fine with 6b so u hoped me not to lose but i won so u even got richer.

Btw not sure if u read the pictures @any mod but he thinks a quester recovered the account with 2 recent passwords and that recovery went through but not his, the oo for over 10 years loses a recovery battle vs a questing slave that knew 2 passwords

Hi, yes I did tell him that I am not the original owner on the first day of him using the account.

 

I do not buy into your explanation what so ever. I highly doubt the OO recovered it @ the exact time the money was on the account. So therefore, you are responsible for what has happened here.

I do understand that the timing was rather worrying. However there was no way of me knowing he went into a 6b stake. Because he never even told me that when he staked it, nor was there a way of me to find this out. Also I did warn him and told him very clearly that I am NOT the original owner of the account. Which was enough for him to understand not to leave any money on the account, or to gamble very securely on the account.

Despite all that I do not understand why a side is being picked right now without any proper proof. You probably also know that Ari is a known scammer around Sythe. He even said so just now

 

There is no side being picked. I'm just letting you know you are responsible for what happens on an account. No matter if it is a "Known scammer" they are human just like you, yeah they're a scum but it doesn't give you the right to scam them.

Can you explain this? If the OO is indeed your brother, can you explain how he magically recovered it once someone was doing big-time stakes?

Yes. The OO wasn't me, but my brother. I highly doubt he would be the one to recover the account, so I will not assume so. There is also no way of me recovering the account as I am not the original owner. So I do not understand why he points a finger at me. I told him that many other people had access to the account previously.

Having "access" is one thing, recovering is another. It would be your best interest to be calling your brother and recovering that account. I'm not dumb, nor am I gonna sit here and let you speak to me like I am. Oblivious acts to the situation is not helping this case. This account was obviously recovered and the only people who have the recoveries is you or your brother. So therefore, he recovered this account (Or you did).

I understand that this is not an ideal situation. However I did not recover the account, nor had the ability to. Blaming my brother would not make sense as he hasn't played this game nor logged into it for ages now.

Would there be a way of proving that I did not do it?
