I have received a copy of this guide and here is my review for it.

Requirements wise, you will need P2P and the start of a basic quest. No skill requirements needed. However, this method needs some cash to start with. I reckon about 100k will be more than enough. Has very high flexibility in the items and thus, is quite resistant to grand exchange price changes.
Can be botted, but if this is being mass botted, it will make this method very undoable.

Overall, guide structure needs a little more touch up as it is just in text format in Word document. Can be better in its presentation with pictures added.
