• He raped, killed, and ate seventeen young men and boys (and those seventeen are only the known victims, there might have been more.)
• He was sentenced to nearly 1000 years in prison
• A couple of years later, the guards just happened to leave him on cleaning detail with a huge black guy.
• The guards left for a few minutes, and came back...
• OMGWTF? DAHMER'S DEAD FROM DAMAGE TO HIS SKULL!

I personally don't think his death was purely coincidental.

Debate topics:
- Did the guards plan for him to be killed?
- Did he deserve it?
- Did he genuinely felt remorse for his actions like he so claimed when he was arrested?
- What the FUCK was wrong with him?!

 

Deserve to be killed? Of course. How many people besides OJ could kill someone and get away with it. Not to mention the fact he ate them...
I also read somewhere else he visited some country where canibalism was ok, there he ate like 20 people or something.

 

- Did the guards plan for him to be killed? I personally think, in the times he was imprisoned im, that the guards would not have any problem with him being killed, even if it meant he wouldnt get what he deserved with years of imprisonment.

- Did he deserve it? No, he deserved alot worse and having his skull bashed in for 2 minutes really doesnt cover it, that was an easy way out for him, even if he didnt plan it himself.


- Did he genuinely felt remorse for his actions like he so claimed when he was arrested? If he felt remorse after the first time, maybe even the second it might of earned him a smaller sentance, but hes going day to day with corpses in his house, raping and then eating them. I think he could of felt remorse before then dont you?

- What the FUCK was wrong with him?! ALOT! If he was claimed to be practising necrophilia and cannibalism aswell as child molestastion and rape, he must of been severely deluded. This probably stemed from what he saw whilst in the army, though that really doesnt explain it at all.

He should have bin sentenced to death through starvation, perhaps he would have started eating himself then.

I belive that any criminal trully having regretted his past would kill himself.
And by criminal I dont mean stealing but murder and murder alone.

He was clearly sick and at the bottom line, he got what he diserved: Death.

Animalistic, barbaric and cannibalistic murderes should be sentenced to death through starvation. That way they would get what they diserve.

 

I think he didn't deserve the privilege of living after what he did, even in a place like prison where he probably got his fair share of rape.
I guess some people just have problems, I personally think all problems people have in their adult hood stem from child hood so i guess he had a hard time.

 

People like that dont deserve a nice quick death. Anyone that rapes/molests children in anyway deserves the worst death imaginable. The harshest and most cruel tortue imaginable, physically and physcologically until they go made with fear, until they are literally begging for death, but not being granted it.

 

Ya, I think he deserved to be killed. The way he got people drunk, photographed them, listened to there heart beats, tried eating there muscles but could cause it was too tough(He used a meat tenderizer), and had sex with them was just wrong.

I don't remember reading on how he died but I watched a hour worth of Biography from A&E on Youtube. Search his name, and you see(Its interesting, watch it!)!

Well... I wouldnt call teens for children...
Unless they were kidnapped by him, I couldnt honestly care less about them being raped or molested. If he ate them while they were alive he was trully a motherfucker, but I doubt that he did that.

I just dont think that torture should be used under any circumenstances. The most cruel punishment that I would punish a murder with would be, locking them inside a m3 room without any food to eat, resulting in death.

But direct physical torture? NO

 

To be perfectly honest, I don't think that anyone inherently deserves death. It will accomplish nothing, and only furthers a sense of revenge.

I also feel that if a person truly regrets their past, they will attempt to atone for it rather than commit suicide, as Krypton6 said.

 

Jeffrey Dahmer was a mad, disgusting idiot. He deserved to die and he most likely threated the man with cannibalism until the man pounded his face in. Did he only kill 17 people? No. He killed much more. Was he aggravating because a finger kept poking him in the side.. from the inside? Yes. What was wrong with him? He's a fcking maniac!!

 

Jeffery Dahmer was a psychotic mad mad. It is harsh enough to murder someone but cannibalism? It's like saying, "Do you want to eat yourself?" How could he do something like that.... He deserves to die but I don't think it should have been a sudden death. They only accomplish in ending an incredibly mad mans life.... He should either suffer for his actions to a point that he kills himself or he should suffer by cruel or unusual punishments. I understand that the Amendment states, "No Cruel or Unusual Punishments," but when it gets to a point when you commit some insane stunts like this, there is no other way to make him suffer. Quick death just ends his suffering faster. He should have been crushed to rocks or something like that guy Giles Corey (Wiki him if you don't know) from the Salem Witch Trials (The Cruicible ). In some occasions, Cruel and Unusual Punishments are the only necessary coarse to go.

To answer the questions:

-The guards probably did it on purpose.
-He didn't deserve it.
-I highly doubt he felt remorse, but I could be wrong.
-And I likewise doubt there was anything wrong with him.

But anyhow, he's an idiot for only doing this to men/boys... where's the variety?

I don't think the guards planned for him to be killed, I've heard many stories where inmates in prison will kill the ones who committed crimes on women and children. Ie. Pedophiles, serial rapists etc. Therefore there's a chance this guy that killed him, was simply disgusted with him.

Yeh I´ve heard stories about inmates killing prisoners having molested children, aswell. (Prison Break lol)

Did this guy eat his victims alive! Or were they death when he ate them?
If they were death, then I do not see any reason for why you guys care so much about his canibalism, they were dead anyways!

nobody deserves to die in a cruel way, if they kill someone they should be sentenced to life in prison (premedated only) but not given the death penalty. if they did kill someone, they would have to live the rest of there life while thinking about it. but if they show no emotion or whatsoever then give em the death penalty.

thats my opinion anyways.
