Scam report handking

Explanation of the trade: He bought my account with paypal and the deal went on smooth, then account got locked and he put on a refund, stating account was locked and thought I was the scammer.
I helped him unlock it and provided even more information for him to unlock himself. He still haven't removed the refund.
How they scammed:He decided not to cancel the refund.

I've placed a DNT on him for 24 hours, he has until then to cancel the chargebacks or he will be banned.

He has read the notice as I sent it, hopefully awaiting reply.
