Looking to play RS again, what's the best type of pker/staker?

I'm looking to play RS again, haven't played since 07-09,

Probably going to buy an account soon,

What is the best type of pker/staker?

 

for rs3 the best staker is probably just a polypore account.
99 magic/def/hp

pking is dead in rs3 so you cant do much regarding that type of acc build.
if you're looking to pk oldschool runescape would probably fit your needs better.

 

99 att/str/def for staking is all you really need, I don't know how popular PK is on RS3 anymore.

 

Pking is dead on rs3, but go for max if you choose to play rs3. Oldschool rs might be a better choice though as it has much more active pking.

 

Pking on RS3 is dead, pking on 07 is the same old crap. People running back and forth shooting arrows, OP special attacks, blah blah. I wouldn't recommend. Might as well stake tbh.
