    Some mods prefer to give you a notice, or heads up before locking the thread to give you time to update it with the missing information, but others just lock the thread.

    As ABM stated you most follow those guidelines. The only thing you did wrong in your thread was forgetting to mention your ban / mute meter, but the picture of your stats looks fine.
