It isn't. Otherwise I wouldn't have said "seems".
But, if something seems, it doesn't matter if it isn't so. Seeming and being are one and the same from an individual's perspective.
If it turns out not to be, there is no loss. And since both action and inaction have equal value (which is nothing), you might as well act on the chance that indeed is and not just seems.

Dating a girl online = bad or not? Plus shes younger. Should I tell my parents that do not support this?

And yes I have verified she is a 13 year old girl. Not a pedafile.

Dating a girl online doesn't really work. Long distance relationships don't really work. You can be good friends with someone online, but the intimacy requirements for a proper relationship are impossible without face-to-face interaction.

Heres my problem, to start out im Catholic
every time I have to go to Penance ( forgiving of sins by a priest ) I get really stressed out because I always feal like im going to say something wrong or not say enough or just not know something. I think I have a phobia, ever since my first communion ( my first time receiving penance ) I have always been scared in a way and not sure how to get over it. Can someone please tell me how I can get over this problem and not have to worry about it anymore

Well if you love god enough you should be able to do it no problem. Next penance just ask to be forgiven for anything you have forgotten. Forgetting something shouldn't be a big sin.

Well if it's too queer for you then you can find a more straight forum.
