Starting a new project(rice)

Okay well over the past few months I have wanted to start a community based on Computers, Gaming, Warez, and just General Fun. I was wondering if anyone would be interesting in helping me out? There will be no runescape forum on this site as well so be warned of that. But I would like to start a little underground community based on those categories. Im lacking on Forum creation skills and hosting and stuff but if anyone would be able to help me you can add me on msn [email protected].

This community will also not be based on post count and spamming it up to get the highest possible post count. I would love this community to be involved with alot of fun things such as official servers, Contests, etc... I would also like of this place to be organized and well kept. Now if you all would be down for helping me get things started just add my msn. Im looking to get about 10 people and a general idea of how everything is going to play out.

No posting this is not against the rules for I am not advertising a link but rather trying to gather a team. Pen has made a similar thread so don't get started preaching rules in my face.

I have the webmaster experience you seem to be looking for.
For a few dollars I'll set up the entire thing for you, and play the role of technical administrator for as long as needed.

Meaning I distance myself from the actual site and forum, and only preform the necessary maintenance tasks involved to keep the forum up and running. How you run it, how you design it and what the content of the site is will be completely up to you.
Of course the obtaining and installing of forum skins is included.

If necessary, I can arrange hosting, Vbulletin licenses, domain names and all that. However, I wouldn't be the one paying the bills. Owning a legitimate site, or at least a legitimate Vbulletin license is NOT cheap.

Basically, if you have the budget to create a legitimate site, and if you're willing to spend a few extra dollars on someone to keep the place running smoothly contact me. If you just need advice, I think I can find the time to help out.

Hey, I'd really like to help you out with this project. I'm really good at managing forums, and I'd really love to be a part of your staff.

I'm not so great with the technological stuff, but I am willing to do whatever I can to help out. I'm really looking for a non-RS based forum to be active on.

Also, I suggest you find a GFX person to help the overall look of the forum, and I think they will be able to make it look nice etc.
