Second quote down, they block UK so Jagex couldn't see the site. I could've sworn they did, but they must of taken it off. Also, They can block a range of IPS, like 23.89.*.*. Lots of people do it, some web hostings block China cause of the known abuse from that country.

 

Erm, no. They blocked Jagex. Jagex isn't all of the United Kingdom. Jagex is just a small number of computers. Look at Finniscool, he's from the UK, and isn't banned.

And , they couldn't have blocked all of their(Jagex's) private computers.
