is it possible to make a decent computer of 700$

hey guys basically im going to need a new computer but i do not want to spend too much on it im willing to spend around 700euros, is it possible to make a decent computer for that money (im not good at all with this computer shit was planning to buy one from gamepc.nl but my friend told me that they were rapin me with the prices) so yeh im going to ask it here do you guys know any website where they sell decent computers for around 700euros with decent i just need one which can handle above 5/6 RS clients and skype etc pic of the current specs i got http://prntscr.com/glm45v is there anything i can update

 

I'd see if your current motherboard is compatible with the new ryzen processor line. Check if it can support an amd ryzen 1700x processor and if so it should allow you to run at least 25 Runescape clients. The picture doesn't show how much ram you have, but I'd recommend at least having 16 gb, 32 gb if possible. The 1700x processor is only about $300 last I checked and would allow you to run significantly more clients than you currently can.

I'm going to assume that your motherboard is probably this MSI A68HM-GRENADE FM2+ AMD A68H SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Newegg.com which would not be compatible with the ryzen series processors. You could buy another motherboard that is compatible with ryzen series processors (see Pick parts. Build your PC. Compare and share. - PCPartPicker for a list of parts that would be a motherboard suitable for that processor line). Replacing the motherboard and processor is still going to be cheaper than buying an intel processor of the same capabilities which would cost somewhere around 600 bucks alone.
