I'm afraid claim and cancel does not stop stolen Credit Cards. The moment the original owner refuses to pay the (outrageous) bill it isn't even in the hands of Paypal anymore. There would never have been any money to transfer in the first place, a charge back would be inevitable.

However, that's a different story with bank funded transfers. They are allot safer, even though with digital currency/account trades.. Well.. The person who originally sent the money almost always wins.

I think you understand why I'm utmost careful when dealing with Paypal ^.^

 

So if you posted pictures you accept my terms? I dont think your thinking about this properly happylander, I want somone trusted, else you have to agree with my very unreasonable terms which would make sure you cannot recover the account.
