Buying 100-200M WU or Mail

Well, I'm hoping to get my last bit of mills before the update. I only plan on spending $400 at max (200m). So heres the deal.

You sell less than 100m you get for 1.50-1.70ea

You sell 100m+ you get for 2ea.

I'm not sure whats going on with mail for christmas so you might have to wait a bit longer I'm not sure. Also for WU you will be paying the fees.
