    You will not have constant work, you will add any of the below potentially:

    -Mobile responsiveness
    -Url Modifications
    -Seo Optimization(code sided)
    -SSL certificates
    -Blogs
    -Ordering systems
    -User Systems
    -Ticket systems
    -Bug Fixes
    -Database fixes & repairs.

    You must be trusted.

    I expect tasks to be done in a timely manner, my previous web developer added a blog for $50 because it was a 2 hour job(example), I don't expect you to try to charge me $200 for a blog because your development skill level is not up to par.

    You will potentially be working on 2 different websites, perhaps more.
