I am offering 100m + based on the exp rates the method offers. Any method Requires: 1k + consistent defence exp per hour without hp exp continuously on OSRS.
I have been looking for a CONSISTENT defence training guide without hp exp for months now.
Restrictions:
I need this guide to be capable of doing on something under 20 combat, so no pest control (requires 40+ cb), also needs to not be warriors guild (130 combined att/str required), also needs to not be digsite lamp finds (is inconsistent and based on RNG).

How to find this if it even exists? Possibly go through higher level quests only people with defence do and look for any quest action that gives an exp drop 1 possibly? (Such as blocking something possibly?) Any xp drop discoveries that aren't full methods I will also pay 5-20m ea for depending how useful.
Another possible place to look is in minigames that aren't often played or miniquests. Such as in 2008 they buffed black jack (d's) on knockout of bandits to give a small amount of defence exp (unfortunately this is not in 2007)
Lastly possible place to look is in skills ? (in rs3 potatoe cactus's give defence exp in farming skill) or npcs you attacking that give weird exp rates (possibly no hp exp?)

yes, still requires one hit, and the gang leaders hit 12s. and its multi, and theres multiple gangleaders. and cannoners, its slower than lamps
