I never recovered it, not sure if it got locked etc cus of different location, I can return account or refund the 150M I'm at work ATM so will have to be after

The 150m will go to his previous scam victim or community repayment. It does not go to him so you either would pay it to a moderator or the person who he scammed on this thread here Abeno1
