Please Need Urgent Help!

hi there, someone recently scammed my level 95 account in runescape, his msn is [email protected] and i managed to recover it with my payment details ( my dad recovered it ), also i wanted to ask, this is important, i have his ip written down, because when i logged in it said : you have last logged in from: and now, how do i send a queary to jagex asking to ban all of his accounts?

and also, how would i hack his ip? tell me if you want the ip and ill give it to you!

Jagex won't ban his accounts without proof... nothing can be done about this.

 

well, there's a small change. If he runs on his own server maybe I can help you out here. plz pm me his/her hostname (adres you saw when you logged on rs)
