    Letting scammers back in the community is surely great. There shouldn't be any 'ultimatums' you scammed, you get banned. DNT is retarded.

    There are a lot of reasons people should receive DNT's. For example, I have no victims on Sythe.org, but I have a DNT because I ban evaded for a off-site blackhat offence that happened 5+ years ago. I disagree with my DNT but apparently it's another reason for one.
    It's beyond me how I'm a threat to the community considering the vouches I racked up on @Peaceful1RS, but here we are.

    I'm sure DNT's are mostly decided case by case rather than a specific rule set.

    so your the story behind your dnt doesn't make sense also considering most non-scam related offenses are forgiven in 5 years most of the time without pardoning ,

    It was because of the ban evasion. But the original off-site blackhat offence was when the rules were strict against it.
    But I mean, in reality, they shouldn't have given a fuck 5 years later anyway.
