I am not the original owner. The OO recovered the account around 6 months ago and cleaned the bank of most valuables. All untradables are still there. The account has been secured since then (I found real life info on the OO and contacted him via Facebook telling him I'd be telling friends, family, and authorities about his crimes online). The account was returned to me and has been untouched ever since, and there will not be anymore problems.
