• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Haven't contacted & honestly don't remember who it was.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No, I quit RS shortly after I got banned and just started getting back into OSRS. I guess the only thing would technically be ban evading as I'm using this new account. I mainly used it to purchase an account + gold to get into OSRS.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Back then I was just graduating high school and was still an immature kid. I grew a lot through college, got married, found a job and am able to actually pay for services and money isn't a big limiting factor anymore. Recently when purchasing 07 gold, Gladiator gave me more than intended and I returned the extra to him (see my vouch from him). Definitely feel bad about what happened and wish I could refund the user, but it was from so long ago I'm not sure how to go about doing it. To be honest, I don't think I even get any gold out of it, but got banned for attempting to scam.

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: The attempted scamming was over 5 years ago and I do not know who it was again. If you guys could help me find out, I would be more than happy to try to contact and repay the victim. To be honest, I'm not even sure if I actually successfully scammed - I was most likely banned for attempted scamming.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: The scamming attempt 5 years ago was when I was a kid and was still immature. I feel like I've grown the past 5 years (i.e. Got married, finished college, got a job) that I wouldn't consider doing it again. One example was on the Master41893 account, I purchased gold from Gladiator and he accidentally gave me more gold than intended. I returned the extra gold back to him without any hesitation. I have also purchased 07 gold from users on Sythe through Paypal without any issues on there end, I can contact the users if needed to have them vouch for me that the payments went through successfully. If there is any more I can do to help my case, please let me know and I will try my best to do it. Thanks!

It appears there was a huge misunderstanding throughout the entirety of this pardon. Essentially @Master41893 was banned for ban evasion, however @mr onion was linked to you as you had the same photobucket for a level 138 account, however there are two flaws with this. Firstly the accounts were being sold in a 2 year time interval from one another, and the accounts were used concurrently, and the other accounts we're already banned, therefore this wouldn't be logical. As for the photobucket point, basically photobucket worked similarly to imageshack where they would host your image, and give you a URL, which anyone could use, and pass the URL around to use if they liked it. I thoroughly compared all of the accounts in that report (mentioned below), and I'm certain @Master41893 / @.::MaSteR::. are your only accounts.

400M RS3 on April 19th, 2011 is equivalent to $280 - Equivalent to 332.36M 07 GP (that is with the deduction of the 20.58M you already paid).
