    This is the second Thefallen server, and better than the other one in my opinion.

    Ip: thefallen.no-ip.biz
    Port: 5555 (43594 if you want the old one)

    This server has:

    FULLY WORKING special attacks.
    Godswords and armours (Full bandos and Armadyl)
    Full 3rd age.
    Lots of friendly mods.
    Rune Rocks pk zone.
    Fully working ancients
    Teleblock works aswell as vengence (Charge spell for venge)
    Max levels 117
    Can wield 2h weapons with shield.
    Training is very fast. 1-99 within 10 minutes.
    All skillcapes working with emotes

    Actually, it WAS 24/7. But due to the lack of players on the server, it was closed down. Too bad, it was my all-time favourite.
