Thread I'm referring to: ⭐ █ 250+ VOUCHES █ 200$ DONATED █ ROBBR'S RENTAL SERVICES █ BEST PRICES █ ⭐, I don't know if you can check past edits but if you can then do it and you'll see number 15 missing.


Basically, I paid RobbR 10m to use his maxed main rental on 07 for two hours. First hour went fine then I asked if I could have a break and use up my final hour a bit later, he said 'Sure' and when I returned he said that you can't actually chop up your rental time and it says that in his TOS, this was true but he said that it was his bad making me think that I was okay to take a break. So eventually, after offering me another hour for half price, he gave me the 2nd hour free. He then sent through a list via skype which was his apparent "TOS" and told me to go through it (image 1). Rule 15 was clearly retarded and bs so I decided to go to his actual TOS on sythe (image 2) which didn't include rule 15 at all, how strange? He also conviniently edited it a few minutes later (image 3). He said due to this rule I owed him 20m (since I told him I won 100m, I actually won 400+ lol) and I said I'd pay it at the end of the hour, which I wasn't going to because he'd tried to trick me by changing his TOS. Anyway after 1-2 stakes into the final hour the account logs out, which turns out got locked. After he unlocked it 20m was missing from my cash stack, I immediately traded the rest of my money back to the other account and we got into a big arguement about why I owed him 20m or whatever and he said he will end the hour now and refund me the 5m. I knew my 20m was long gone so I said fine and met him in lumbridge and he then decide to come up with some more juicy bullshit to squeeze more money out of me by saying that since I had mentioned earlier I won a 50m stake that I infact owed him another 10m and in stead of him refunding me 5m I should actually be paying him 5m. What was pretty funny was that he followed it up with "Lets see how legit you are after all?" L M A O, you're one broke, desperate motherfucker ratcunt.

If mods need any other info/proof feel free to ask me. Tbh I don't even care if this dude gets banned or not, if he wants this taken down he can give me the 20m back but at the very least I think someone should slap on TWC on his sketchy ass.

I did that, because a) Stakers get BANNED very often lately, so I've lost tons of money. b) It's my own ToS and it's not against the rules to charge % for winnings or is it? It's something I've come up with to make more money before an account gets banned. He told me agreed to the ToS on Skype and procceeded staking. Then he went on and tried to lure me by saying that he won another 50m so he owes me 10, yet didn't give that to me. If any proof is needed, feel free to ask. The guy literally agreed to my ToS. If applying winning costs is against the rules, let me know and he'll be refunded - it's just too many of my rentals are getting banned for rwt. I did not scam this person by any means, he agreed to my ToS and continued.

 

Also that rule applied for 2nd hour as it was changed and THEN asked... the dude then told me he went up 100m so it doesn't include 1 hr at all? I'm just done with my accs being banned without any profits in the end, this is the only thing that made sense to add my ToS. I didn't even ask him that on his 2nd hr, I added 15. rule on the 2nd hr.

 

CTFU I don't even care about 20m you 100% getting a TWC slapped on you though this is hilarious. I love how nice you are on the scam report but a total asshole on skype.

 

A total asshole on Skype, BECAUSE you agreed to my ToS... You owed me that money... Then started luring me in. Also are you allowed to POST ON EVERY SINGLE one of my threads that I'm a scammer + I have an open thread for scamming? That's pure spam before the mods don't reply. Also if I were a scammer, wouldn't I clean your 100m totally? No... I only took what was in the ToS and that was 20%.

Safe from what? You backed out of your agreement end. You didn't even let me know of ur winnings like we agreed. Instead you were trying to get your money back by baiting me. I even gave you a free hr. No other rental client has EVER had any problems with me, I've been trusted with up to 1.8b by Laziz. Never took anything. If the mods say that it's against the rules to take winning %, then I'll refund. I'm sure that atm it's not stated to be against the rules or is it?

You clearly don't know how to communicate, do you? The screenshots talk for themselves. I couldn't understand 1 word you were saying, nor did I understand ur logic.

 

@RobbR I don't know what kind of % your charging but judging by the screenshots it's a ridiculous fee. Can you provide proof he agreed to this TOS?

Anyhow back to the report the fact that you took the 20% without him paying you, is basically "stealing". You are to refund that money, not sure why you would just take it.

Also, you edited your TOS after he rented the account? Not sure what kind of schemes you are pulling, but I recommend not even dealing with the rental market if you're gonna charge 20% fee.

Post back here when the money is refunded @RobbR, @Galaxygp and if it's not @RobbR you will be banned.

 

I risk NOTHING? I risk my main accounts to be banned for rwt. Each account goes for roughly 300$. He tried to ignore the fact that he was supposed to send me screenshots AND pay me, he didn't. I did not steal that money, he agreed and tried to avoid paying it. I may have gone over the line with the % and I'll figure it out from now on. Also I'm pretty experienced as far as rentals go - look at my vouches. I'm going to refund their money if you say so, but I'm not going to call it 'stealing' as he was avoiding to pay that fee he agreed to. % taking isn't against the rules, or wasn't when I checked, but I'll know from now on then. I didn't charge 20% on first hour, I didn't edit it later. Before his 2nd hour started, I asked him whether he agreed to pay me that from now on, or no and he agreed. Anyways, I'll contact the person to refund them. I'm in no means here to scam, but to make money.

As for 50 other renters? You knew that risk when you got into the business. If you're not willing to take the risk, get out of the business.

Not going to argue over this ridiculous rate, post back here when the money is refunded.

Also just another note: Do you see this thread here? @RobbR That means the suggestion hasn't been denied or approved yet, so basically what your doing is now allowed.

I do understand that risk. What I don't understand is that You're saying I risk 'nothing' ? That is literally what you just said. Anyway, the money has been refunded and the % removed from my ToS.

 

Yeah, you're also going under a TWC for "Poor trading practices"
