if you just put on the cape that happened, i get it for my str randomly also. its just the cape.

 

You may have right clicked on the cape then operated it IE:Not doing emote and getting the +1 lvl boost seeing as doing the emote for a cape doesn't make the stat go up

 

wow your really really dumb.. when you wear a skill cape it goes to 100 for awhile then it goes back to 99.. thinking someone with a skill cape wouldent waste there time posting this and just try taking off the 1 item there wearing to see if that was it..

you think someone with 99 wc would be smarter than that unless they autoed..

It goes to 100 for like 1 minute after you put on your woodcutting cape, nothing special (execeptt you having 99 wc lol)
