Maybe for people making new skillersm or going for goals, or to accept donations of there goals, make a BLOGScape, mainly for watching people make improvements in game. A swiftIRC thread, to advertise channels? bots?
There's already an IRC. You're more than welcome to make a MySpace account dedicated to Sythe or something, though.
Well, in #sythe, you aren't supposed to really talk about RuneScape. I doubt you can advertise sites for personal profit, but otherwise, you can. Try asking Resident.
