He offered me a deal, that I was to get certain stats for his account. These stats were: 25 agility, 36 woodcutting, 31 crafting, 70 attack, 70 strength, and 70 defence. In return he said he would pay 35m.

After I had spent 60 hours of my time getting the above stats, he refused to pay me and deleted me off of Skype.

This happened because we got into a little bit of an argument, he felt like I was being too annoying and needy by constantly asking when I was going to pay him. And I felt like a bit insecure over doing business with him because he vanished for over 24 hours sometimes without saying a word, whilst I was still training his account. I was also annoyed because he ignored me when I asked questions (unrelated to when I would be paid) or did favours (such as putting a whip/berserker ring on his account with my own money) and did not say thank you. I admit could have been a little more relaxed, after he updated me that if he goes it's because of work.

So yes, we got into a little bit of an argument. But the thing that was REALLY NOT OKAY was after I spent 60 HOURS of my own time, he just removed me off of Skype and refused to pay me. If he didn't want to business together in the future again, that's fine. But he DID NOT HONOUR THE INITIAL AGREEMENT and pay me the money for the 60 HOURS I spent for him. Instead he said 'keep the account' which I do not care about and I did not spend 60 HOURS for.

I gave it a week and sent him a message on Sythe explaining that I could have been a little more relaxed and that I was sorry. I also stated that I was a little annoying he didn't respond to me. And I said that if he had told me I was being annoying I would have empathized for how he felt and chilled out a bit.

He has read my message and still refuses to pay me for the account which I spent 60 HOURS on. Again, the agreement was for 35m, which he did not honour.

The reason he will not pay me is because he no longer wants to train this account at NMZ (which he initially planned to train to a 99/99/99/99 staker), so it is just easier for him to not pay me. The evidence for this is that he is currently selling NMZ ready accounts which aren't maxed.

I did not scam you, You were on my case every 5 mins like you where my girlfriend asking where i was every minute of the day in the end i got so annoyed with you yes i admit i told you to keep the account because i didnt freaking want it anymore, That is what you get when you push someone to a limit, but there was no scam at all, i did not take something for nothing, BUT if thats the way its going to be then whatever but you got no choice but to wait 28 days till i get paid until i can buy some RSGP seeing as i cant trade on here to make the money so well done jackass @JediArron

EDIT: and oh for the record i have a right to go missing for 24 hours without telling you you don't need to know anything about my life, i am a grown ass man and if i say i'm going to pay you, You will be paid.

And i didn't ask you to put your own items on the account to train it faster did i?
No so why would i say thank you for something i didn't ask you to do.

I was planning on opening my own 70/70/70 shop and if have time and max melee staker shop, the reason i didn't want to carry on business with this dude is because he was on my case 24/7 that is all. i'm not saying im not going to pay him because i'm not a douchebag like that and infact i inboxed a global mod about this situation when it happened at the time seeking advice on what to do.

& the fact it took him a whole 4 days to make a fuss about it? the incident happened on Sunday and it took him till Thursday to contact me and 6 days to contact sythe?

how about you let the dude know before he finishes?? do you have anywhere in your T.O.S. to not be a nuisance? or how about you just let the dude know he is being overly obnoxious? doesn't give you the right to cut him dry and leave him with an account YOU ordered.

You did scam me. You did not honor our initial agreement. It's like saying you will pay someone something (the initial agreement) then paying them something else which they did not agree too. That is called scamming. You just might not see it 'as bad' as giving them nothing.

Yes you have a right to go away, and you know very well that's not the point I'm making. I said you have a right to do so, and I even apologised for being too needy/overwhelming. Just because you don't like me personally and find me 'needy', that does not give you an excuse to run away and not honour our initial agreement.

No you didn't ask me to put my own money on the account to help you out. However, a simple 'thank you' or 'cheers' would be appreciated. I'm not really asking for much lol.

That is not a lie. It is an assumption. It was a reasonable assumption based on the evidence and information given (the fact you're selling a 75/75/75) and the fact that you removed me, didn't readd me, and didn't respond to my Sythe message.

Yes it took me 4 days and 6 days to contact Sythe. I learnt from my previous mistake and wanted to give you enough time to respond. I checked in daily to see that you were active on Sythe (and probably Skype too).

It's funny how you respond so quickly when I expose you. :/

My intentions were never to be annoying or needy. And I am sorry if I was a little overwhelming. However, if he let me know I would have chilled out.

@Castro Seven i was going to give you 24 hours to pay for the services provide, but seeing as you blatantly said you wont pay until 28 days anyways, i have no choice but to ban you for scamming. feel free to pardon when you are ready to provide a payment to @JediArron for his services of 35m 07.
