Scammed Me

He offered me a deal, that I was to get certain stats for his account. These stats were: 25 agility, 36 woodcutting, 31 crafting, 70 attack, 70 strength, and 70 defence. In return he said he would pay 35m.

After I had spent 60 hours of my time getting the above stats, he refused to pay me and deleted me off of Skype.

This happened because we got into a little bit of an argument, he felt like I was being too annoying and needy by constantly asking when I was going to pay him. And I felt like a bit insecure over doing business with him because he vanished for over 24 hours sometimes without saying a word, whilst I was still training his account. I was also annoyed because he ignored me when I asked questions (unrelated to when I would be paid) or did favours (such as putting a whip/berserker ring on his account with my own money) and did not say thank you. I admit could have been a little more relaxed, after he updated me that if he goes it's because of work.

So yes, we got into a little bit of an argument. But the thing that was REALLY NOT OKAY was after I spent 60 HOURS of my own time, he just removed me off of Skype and refused to pay me. If he didn't want to business together in the future again, that's fine. But he DID NOT HONOUR THE INITIAL AGREEMENT and pay me the money for the 60 HOURS I spent for him. Instead he said 'keep the account' which I do not care about and I did not spend 60 HOURS for.

I gave it a week and sent him a message on Sythe explaining that I could have been a little more relaxed and that I was sorry. I also stated that I was a little annoying he didn't respond to me. And I said that if he had told me I was being annoying I would have empathized for how he felt and chilled out a bit.

He has read my message and still refuses to pay me for the account which I spent 60 HOURS on. Again, the agreement was for 35m, which he did not honour.

The reason he will not pay me is because he no longer wants to train this account at NMZ (which he initially planned to train to a 99/99/99/99 staker), so it is just easier for him to not pay me. The evidence for this is that he is currently selling NMZ ready accounts which aren't maxed.
