    Dear Sythe.

    I haven't been able to click and drag and icons at all on my PC, if anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it.

    Unable to click+drag icons.
    Have you tried rebooting your computer? If you have, you might have a small problem(I don't want to say virus). Also, use a virus scan to see if you have anything.

    Of course I've re booted my computer and no I do not have a virus......
