Buying level |125-126| Account

I'm currently buying a level 125-126 account for $150-160 USD.
(I will be paying through MAIL, and WILL go first, since MMs seem to get a bit greedy on an account that has had this much time and effort put into it.)

I know my price may be a bit low, but I'm only concerned for the Combat stats.
I don't mind if all the non-combat stats are even 1 as long as it's combat level is 125-126.

How we will start/complete the trade:
-We will phone eachother before & after I have sent the money.
-Recoveries and Bank Pin must be canceled by the time I receive the information to the account. Membership must be canceled or little to none left.
-I want as much recovery information as possible. (Past Recoveries, IPs, Transaction IDs if so, Agreement #s if so, Zip Code, Previous Passwords, etc.)
-I will make a video of the entire trade and take pictures of all chat logs in case anyone decides to scam.
