    Buying level 3 with no combat xp
    like the title says I'm looking to buy an account that is level 3 and skipped the tutorial island before skippy was removed. I want to create an account for a skiller but I want 0 combat xp on the account. Please let me know if you have one! The account must come with email access and all details for recovery. Paying with PP or rs3 lmk.

    Buying level 3 with no combat xp
    for a level 3 skiller bud. I don't want to create a new acc because that will have xp and be failed. All the top skiller asccounts are skippy accounts and have 0 combat xp.
