Is powerleveling as dangerous as botting?

I'm just curious if buying powerleveling services is any more or less dangerous as botting? Like if you have a previous 2 day macro ban, will they perm ban you for having someone powerlevel by hand on your account?

I just purchased a few attack levels from a powerleveler, and since he is from a different country, my account was locked. 2 weeks prior I tried botting for the first time on my account and received a 2 day ban within days...So now that my account is locked, does that mean its being watched? Am I safe to unlock my account and procede with the powerleveling, or should I wait longer/cancel the service?

 

It was locked because they thought your account was compromised. Like you said -- different country.
I wouldn't worry about it. Unless it was not trained by hand
As you had a 2 day macro ban, do not bot again (on that IP), very high risk on getting a perm.

Oh yeah, i have no plans on botting anymore. This is the first account I've made good progress without botting on it. Sad that I even decided too, now I have a risk of getting my account banned over 75k woodcutting exp lol

 

same ip or not dont bot in general on that account unless you dont care

 

I would say botting is more dangerous as it carries heftier ban punishments.

 

as long as the the trainer doesn't bot it you wont get banned
