Right. You agree the account was unranked & 2 previous seasons. The whole problem is those two seasons you stated were "unranked" were ranked.

 

Nah , it was unranked 2 seasons in a row too, the buyer said that the 3rd or 4th season were ranked.

I cant check them, i can check 2 seasons only.
I told to the buyer that the account for 15 usd was unranked 2 seasons.
He said thats fine, then he picked the account for 19 usd and he asked, IS IT UNRANKED ASWELL?
And i said YES, it means 2 seasons aswell.

So, let's say you make the assumption he is going based on the previous chat, you would assume he meant all seasons unranked, yes? Therefore, you failed to mention you could only check "two seasons"? Why would you not include that information to the buyer. After all, you are responsible for everything going smoothly on your sales.

 

Yeah, i didnt tell him again that this one has 2 unranked seasons aswell. Cuz i thought even 5 years kid will understand it. And we shouldnt repeat some things all the time.
Also i showed him 2 accs only. I said that the 1st one has 2 unranked seasons, then he asked about the 2nd one :IS IT UNRANKED ASWELL?
If he used *Aswell* i think he understood that the account had 2 unranked seasons too!
Does it make sense?

Look, all of them were unranked, and its true, he checked 3 or 4 or 5 years ago ranks , and he is talking not about current or previous ranks, he is talking about 3-5 ranks ago.

 

Either way, you are responsible for making sure your customers are fully aware of what they are purchasing any hidden information needs to be said.

Therefore, you are responsible to refund 100% of what was paid for the account. Why? Because the account has been played on for a month and giving it back to you would be quite ridiculous because it is more than the value in which you sold it at. If you do not refund, the amount specified you will be banned.

Also, to prevent future situations like this I recommend making your customers aware of the account you are selling them prior to accepting their money.
