(Yes, I know it says "Private" report, but he just wanted the information he was reporting to be hidden)

 

We have already decided that a refund for the original purchase was suitable in this situation, but nothing more.

 

I can refund, but the buyer wont give me account back, as he said he wants a *compensation* cuz when he bought this acc - OP.GG was lagging and he didnt see that the previous seasons were ranked. And he wants that compensation *for wasting his time*. He is pretty retarded, cuz he used this acc more than month and now he is requiring money from me for nothing!!! I dont rly see my fault in this situation. Also acc wasnt banned or something. So i held my end!

 

OP.GG Was not lagging, you lied to me and stated that the account is unranked all seasons.

 

But all you're entitled to is a refund nothing more.

 

I know. He still has yet to refund me though. He owes me $20.54

Then he said that op.gg didnt show him previous seasons etc. And i was rdy to refund few days ago , all i asked - to give the account back , but he wont do that . He spams only that i owe him money, even more than he paid for an acc...Thats why i blocked him twice.

 

Was this discussion after he had already bought the account? I need times/dates of those messages.

So you failed to mention the seasons prior to the account being bought?

If that's the case you are responsible for 50% refund of the account, and he will be allowed to keep the account due to he's spent over a month of time on it.

This is a group decision made by @Charlotte myself and @Gen, if you fail to refund 50% of what was paid for the account, you will be banned.
