I have $18 total. 1M/$2.5 ea, so thats 7.2m.
What I'm looking for is:
80+ attack
85+ strength
70-75 defense
I want 70+ range, but I will think about 60+
82+ is what i'm looking for. (If you have 70 mage, I MIGHT think about it.)
50-52+ prayer

Quests(These are a MUST):
Lost City
Monkey Madness
Desert Treasure**

Others: A skillcape would really interest me

Note: I'm not a pro at buying/selling accounts, because I don't blackmarket often, but I am VERY cautious because of this. Just because I don't know much doesn't mean you can take advantage of me.
Scammers, do not try to get me because I'm probably more cautious more than a regular person.

I really want to use a MM, but there are many that will scam before the new update comes. I will look for a MM that I know, that I have used, or is EXTREMELY trusted.
